In the bike-centric outpost that is N. Williams Avenue you'll find New Old Lompoc's Fifth Quadrant. This place is excellent when you're in NoPo and don't want to pay $10 for a cocktail at Pix or Lincoln. Decent happy hour, and the patio is killer and relatively non-crowded in the warm weather. The only downside: its a family oriented place so expect rugrats and dogs to be snaking around your ankles while you have a cold brew on the patio.
