Portland Patio Favorite

Pros
Great smoking patio. Drinks are stiff and cheap. They run fun drink specials where you can buy dollar "mystery" shots and other such things. Staff is just the right mix of crusty and friendly.

Cons
The food selection is fairly dismal, although they do allow you to bring food in from the Mexican place across the street. The tables inside are huge, which can be fine if patrons are willing share.
