Some will say that the Wishing Well is old, crusty, and dirty. Some will disagree and say that it is maintaining an old St. John's charm. You be the judge. The drinks are mad cheap. The food is hot and exactly what you expect form a cheap Portland Chinese restaurant. No surprises. There are mirrors all around, which makes for great people watching.
